Shahin Motallebi has over 20 years of experience handling legal issues and all aspects of management and project consulting in the U.S.

Shahin Motallebi earned his Bachelor of Art ("BA") from Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles, California, and his Doctorate in Law ("JD") from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles, California.

Shahin Motallebi has been practicing corporate law, business law, and immigration law, assisting domestic and foreign companies for more than two decades. Shahin Motallebi has also consulted and assisted numerous U.S. and  multinational companies with business setup, shareholder agreements, and other corporate  documents, business contract reviews, and expanding business opportunities.

Sean Vafa has over 20 years of experience empowering clients to achieve business goals through innovative strategies and leadership in Organizational Change Management. Sean Vafa earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Design ("BS") from Kingston College in London. 

Sean Vafa's role, enriched by over two decades of industry experience, involves nurturing deep relationships and fostering partnerships with market-leading technology partners. Sean Vafa's competencies include Organizational Change Management, Learning and Skills Technologies and Enterprise Talent Development, cross-industry experience with a focus on Manufacturing, High-tech and Life Sciences in the U.S. and across the globe.

 

Ahmad Shishegar

Ahmad Shishegar has over 20 years of experience transforming ideas into products and leading multidisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers through innovation.

Ahmad Shisheghar earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering ("BS") from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.

Ahmad Shishegar has built expertise in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through creation of IP, commercialization, and market release. As strategy architect developing technology and product roadmaps, over 30 products representing over $100M in revenue have been developed under his leadership. He has also led multi-site R&D and engineering centers in the US and Europe.

Bruce Yazdani has over 20 years of experience in business strategy and project management consulting, helping  organizations drive transformation, optimize processes, and achieve sustainable success. 

Bruce Yazdani holds a Bachelor of Science ("BS") from the Institute of Advanced Accountancy and an MBA from Woodbury University in Los Angeles.
